Interested in speaking? Don’t miss out on the chance to come and speak at FEN 2018 in lovely Sheffield!
Our sponsors are key to the FrontEndNorth conference because without them we wouldn’t be able to cover all of the costs required to put on an event of this size. We’d like to thank the Digital Media Center for their support as our ‘Steel’ level sponsor.
FEN is more than just a Front-end conference, it’s a full day web and digital festival and one of the only events like it in the area of Sheffield and Yorkshire.
Last years event attracted attracting 200 people and 14 speakers and although we had a strong local following the majority of the speaking talent and attendees were from outside the region. This year we are hoping to change that by making sure we connect with the local community first and reach out to some new and exciting speakers who are from the area.
Mel Kanarek, Director and Co-founder of Sheffield Digital has this to say about FrontEndNorth:
“It’s great to see FrontEndNorth happening again in Sheffield. Having a thriving tech conference in the city not only provides excellent resources for the people working here, but also attracts visitors from elsewhere.
“A conference of the calibre of FrontEndNorth says that Sheffield is well and truly a growing destination for digital professionals and businesses.”
Remember that the next event takes place on January 19 at Sheffield City Hall and will include top speakers from a range of industries. TED-style “lightning talks” will take place throughout the day and the full speaker line up will be announced in autumn.
Early bird tickets are selling FAST so get your hands on one today:
FEN needs sponsors to help make things happen. The conference cannot go-ahead without sponsorship money to cover the hefty venue-hire and speaker costs – we’ve tried our best to make our packages affordable and inviting!
Tickets are priced at just 120 for a full-day conference with lunch and refreshments. We also have a limited amount of £50 student tickets.
